Open House Procedures: ALL Open Houses need prior approval from the office with an application.
Forms are available at the office or online below.
We require at least 72 hours prior to the open house for review and acceptance.
There is a refundable deposit as long as all rules are followed.
Only one sign is allowed at the property for sale and NO Balloons.
Realtor Notice
Please advise your clients that, in order to receive vehicle transponders and Clubhouse ID cards, an orientation must be scheduled after the closing or move-in date.
To be issued transponders and ID cards, a valid Florida Driver’s License and vehicle registration reflecting the Andros Isle address are required. Until these documents are updated, access to the community must be through the guest lane.
To schedule an orientation, please contact the Andros Isle POA on-site office and ask for Gina Ward, or email AndrosAsst@campbellproperty.com. Please note orientations are by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
Orientation Requirements
Orientations are scheduled by appointment only and must take place after closing or move-in.

For Purchases: A copy of the Warranty Deed must be submitted to Campbell Property Management’s corporate office by the title company.

For Rentals: A copy of the lease and a valid City of West Palm Beach Rental Tax ID are required.

Transponders & Clubhouse ID Cards
Issued during regular business hours following completion of orientation. A Florida Driver’s License and vehicle registration showing the Andros Isle address are required prior to issuance.
Transponder and Clubhouse IDs are $10/per item. Credit Card (No Amex) or Check Only.
